Billy’s Tap is a family owned business providing over sixty years of service to the Fulton County, Illinois area. The patrons of Billy’s, located off Elm Street in Canton, Illinois takes pride in knowing they are always welcome to kick-up their feet and enjoy an ice cold drink or a bite to eat.
