To celebrate this year’s IDNR’s Free Fishing Weekend, the Museum is encouraging families to enjoy fishing together by providing a variety of free fishing gear for kids. Items are limited and may include rod/reels, tackle, and lures. The free gear will be available on a first come, first served basis on Friday, June 18th and Saturday, June 19th in the Museum’s lobby from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m..
