Join Dr. Duane Esarey and Logan Pappenfort for a discussion of the earthworks which help shape the landscape of the Prairie State. Learn about the history of the mounds as well as the different perspectives and viewpoints surrounding these important sites. Come away with a better understanding and respect for the native land which we all call home now.

This program will connect the virtual presentation, which will be held on November 10th and aspects of the November 14th Mound Tour. The presentation will be held in the Museum’s auditorium. Participants must follow current guidelines and remain masked and maintain social distance while in the building.
