Paddle the Preserve

Canoe or kayak at the Nature Conservancy’s Emiquon Preserve on Saturday, September 14th, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Enjoy wildlife viewing and learning about wetland restoration efforts and current scientific research. Participants may bring their own canoe or kayak (including paddling gear, life jackets, sunscreen, etc.), reserve a two-person canoe, or reserve a seat in one of three large voyageur canoes that can hold over a dozen people! Space is limited so to reserve your spot, please register by following the above registration link and filling out the form.
We ask that you bring your own water in a reusable container as well as a snack if needed. Dress appropriately for the weather. Please meet at the Emiquon Preserve Public Use Area at least 30 minutes prior to the event. You will be asked to sign a liability waiver and a photo release.
