Lighted Santa Parade begins at Hall High School, travels through downtown Spring Valley and ends at City Hall. Santa will be available to visit with children at City Hall after the parade. Registrations are still being accepted for participants. Walkers, vehicles & floats. All must be lighted with the appropriate holiday themes. This year’s special theme is, “Let it Glow, Let it Glow, Let it Glow”
